Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle, 1947. Serial number 59778, .22 Hornet caliber, blued steel 21 in. recrowned barrel with proper roller engraved markings; later walnut stock with checkered pistol grip wrist; blued steel trigger guard, floor plate and butt plate; fitted with a Leupold Vari-X III 2.5x8 scope. Barrel lg. 21, overall lg. 42 1/4 in. **Successful bidder must arrange pickup/transfer through a federal firearms licensee.** Condition: Barrel bluing in very good condition with area of pinpoint oxidation near the muzzle; stock has surface mars on the right side of the butt; bright bore with sharp rifling, action functions properly.
