A 22-Bore Flintlock Belt Pistol Signed Jover, London, Circa 1800 Reconverted from percussion, with octagonal sighted barrel engraved 'LONDON' along the top flat, gold line and gold-lined touch-hole (gold replaced), border engraved tang decorated with a Britannia shield and foliage, flat bevelled lock signed in capitals and with roller, figured full stock (fore-end with old repairs) with chequered rounded butt, steel trigger-guard with large pineapple finial and decorated en suite with the tang on the border engraved bow, long belt-hook, and later ramrod (steel parts rust patinated), private Birmingham proof marks 23.2 cm. barrel For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
